I was looking to replace my large backpack with something smaller and lighter as a primary school bag and chose this one, mainly based on the neat design. It turned out to be very convenient, with pockets that can be used for phone and pens, enough support for the back and comfortable straps. I was afraid that it would be too small, based on the picture, but it's a perfect size for my needs, large enough for couple of notebooks and a packed lunch. I don't think it will be good to carry the laptop, though.

This product is everything and more for the price. Ample assorted zipper pockets, well-constructed, adjustable back straps, pocket liners and appearance make this a must buy. Perfect for school books and assorted parcels. The army "red star" sets off the khaki fabric. I use it for everything especially when on my mountain bike. Most of all, I enjoy its comfortability.It is worth every penny!

I love this backpack! It is small enough to take downtown into crowded areas where I won't be hitting people with it or knocking things over like my other bag but it is big enough for an overnight bag! I take it hiking and it carries our essentials. I love that it has 2 water bottle holders or an umbrella and water bottle! I have only had it for a month but I haven't had any ripping or zipper problems and almost everything is adjustable. I believe as long as you aren't over stuffing the bag or overloading it with heavy materials it should last for a while.
